Tired of being average?

My goal isn’t to teach you a muscle up in a few short hours, my goal is to make you a better athlete in a few short hours. The knowledge you gain through this camp will last far longer than any muscle up and will echo through the gym each session you attack.

We will work on many things from movements, mental game, and understanding how to be a better athlete.

I’m here to COACH you.

A lot goes into training and often times we underutilize what we can actually accomplish during a class setting. I see athletes waste so much time in which they could be learning and getting better, instead choose to have the fastest time in class.

Being fast is great, but improving should be your main focus!

**This Camp is for those who have a solid understanding of how to move within the CrossFit realm. Gymnastics, barbell movements. This isn’t for beginners coming out of your gyms training course.
