PERFORMANCE, first and foremost, that’s how we attack nutrition. We want to amplify your hard work by fueling you appropriately. It’s common practice to throw endless carbs at athletes when they work with a nutrition coach. The result, extra body weight that’s not needed.

Our goal, find the least amount of food in order to fuel you to your highest performance!

Does that mean you eat very little food? Absolutely not! But we will not give you food for the sake of giving you food. Extra body weight greatly impacts high volume gymnastics in both male and female. This results in poor performance on the back end of high volume workouts that gymnastic heavy.

We work directly with you and have check-ins every 2 weeks. We will fine tune your food and get those bodies performing and recovering better than you ever have! With that, the aesthetics naturally come and aren’t forced by severe caloric reduction.

We have two sections to our nutrition.

-Competitive CrossFit athletes

-Individuals who want to change their lifestyle

I will handle the competitors and Sunie the general physical preparedness athletes. Both are equally important to us, but we can only handle so many clients at a given time.
