Most people are familiar with flexibility and some mobility. What I find is that a majority of athletes are clueless when it comes to stability.
You can be the most mobile and flexible person, yet you have major instability inside the joint, and you’ll always be battling nagging injuries.
Over the last decade, I’ve engrossed myself into the world of mobility. Certain things we do on a daily basis inside my own gym, blows the minds of other athletes we have drop in from other gyms while on travel.
Realizing what we are doing is far different than what so many other do, I started to offer a clinic on these things.
As a coach, I want the absolute best performance out of my athletes daily. To ensure that happens, they need the knowledge on how to properly maintain their bodies. This not only goes through different tools via mobility, but fixing the biggest issue, poor movement patterns.
We need to fix the root of then problem, but also treat the results of your poor movements. The biggest thing that I bring to this clinic is the ability to do both. Working with athletes everyday and other top athletes on an individual basis, has given me the opportunity to fix poor movements so that in return, your injury percentage greatly reduces.
This course is for those with CrossFit experience. We will have whiteboard and lecture periods, but this will also have movement assessments for individuals and tools given to each person to fix this.
