Tired of Missing your Lifts??

While a majority of CrossFit isn’t based off of 1RMs, the more proficient we are at the heavier loads, the better we can recover in the middle of workouts at moderate loads.

During this clinic, we will break down the fundamentals, work on setup, all three positions of the lifts, and sure up that receiving position so you stop missing.

For this clinic, you’ll need to have an understanding of the clean and snatch. That doesn’t mean you have to be the greatest at these movements, but this isn’t about teaching someone a clean or snatch for the very first time.

Over the two days, we will split the snatch and clean up. I’ll break down the aspects of each lift and we will then apply them in real time, with instant feedback.

You will have a lot of tools to take back into your training, and that is where you will start to become better.
