Tired Of Being Average?

Each week will have 5 days programmed that consist of a strength, metcon, and additional work. The additional work will coincide with the daily programming. It will also be setup to not interfere with the following days workload.

At the beginning of each cycle, I’ll lay out what we are doing, why we are doing it, and the result we will achieve from doing it. This will all be ran through SugarWOD and that will give you a community to compete WITH, not against.

This programming method has worked for athletes at the pinnacle of the CrossFit pyramid, to your athlete who loves to compete on the weekends. It’s really up to you if you enjoy the structure, workouts, and the results you’ll gain from doing this program.
