Pacing is KING

Time after time, I see great athletes fail to train this during everyday workouts inside of their home gyms. Being fixated on one thing and one thing only. Finishing the workout as fast as possible.

The reality is, you can sometimes go slower to gain a faster time. While this may be counterintuitive, it’s reality.

In this one day course, we will find out what your capacity is on various things, then I’ll show you how to use that to its fullest. Then, I’ll teach you how to slowly build up your capacity over time and forever evolve your fitness level as an individual.

This course is for any athlete that has CrossFit experience. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to do this course and it will truly have great impact on all skill levels.
