How Well Do You Move Your 80%?

People spend so much time on getting their 1RM oly lifts as high as possible, yet spend very little time on cycling a barbell properly. This leads to unneeded movement patterns that lead to fatigue and slower results.

What good is it to have a heavy max, but not have the ability to get to that lift at the end of a workout with maximum energy? What if the lift is a barbell complex and your hang position is terrible. Guess what doesn’t matter any more?

In this clinic, we will work on barbell efficiency, learning how and when to rest. This is 100% transferable to CrossFit classes you take on a daily basis and truly will take a bit of practice to become better. I’m here to show you, fix any issues we may have, then give you the tools to start fixing them daily, in a class setting, so it transfers to the competition floor.
